The Shipping Method section of the Checkout page has been updated to show the "Free Shipping to Corp Office" shipping method only if the Shipping Address has the following values (August 11, 2022):

The First Address is "849 Pacific Ave".
The City is "Hood River".
The State is "Oregon".
The Zip Code is "97031".

The following changes have been implemented in the store as of June 1, 2023:

The Shipping Address fields, with the exception of "Phone", have been set to read-only if the "Free Shipping to Corp Office" CDC field is set to "Yes". This is to prevent users from entering their own addresses while selecting "Yes" on the "Free Shipping to Corp Office" CDC field.
The Shipping Method section of the Checkout page has been updated to show the "Free Shipping to Corp Office" shipping method only if the "Free Shipping to Corp Office" CDC field is set to "Yes".
